Materials used during visits (filters, propane, sealant, replacement parts) are billed separately at cost plus a markup, itemized on every statement. Specialist trade work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is coordinated with licensed vendors at standard rates with property manager approval.
Beyond the program.
Handyman work outside the routine program runs at $65 / hour, billed by the half hour with a 30-minute minimum. Bundled with the scheduled visit when possible to avoid a trip charge.
